About Me

I’m Kelly, the founder of Feel Free Pilates. I’ve been studying and practising Pilates for over 12 years, and it has completely transformed the way I move, feel and live.

I trained in classical Pilates under a second-generation Pilates teacher whose knowledge, patience and precision had a huge impact on me. Her teaching inspired me to follow the classical method and pass it on with the same clarity, intention and respect for the original work.

Pilates has always been more than exercise for me — it’s a way to build strength with control, support the body through real life, and feel genuinely connected to movement. I love helping people discover that same feeling, whether they’re brand new, returning after time away, or wanting to build long-term strength.

My teaching style is calm, clear and supportive, with a focus on safe alignment, strong technique and helping you progress at your own pace. My goal is for you to feel confident, capable and free in your body — on and off the mat.
